The intent of implementing this structure is to help reduce workload on individuals. Our section naturally works very well together. The committees are not intended to interfere with the current operation. They are intended to supplement it. With the committees operating in a support role, the ability for an individual member to lead the execution of their idea or passion will be maintained. Leading and executing a SWE event would be a great entry to mid-level resume boost!
